As we know, new year has something to do with creating some new habits. New revolution. (I know it's already of mid February but never too late to start talking about it, right?) :p
Starting from reading the article, the idea is actually start with a small action. It always lead to failure when we make a high target. Our mind and our body will such make a hard work to adjust our 'high' target.
I won't make a long posting here, but recommend the article from fastcompany ; How I became morning person, read more books, and learned a language in a year.

That article hits me exactly, not only explain why I always failed to achieve some of my tragets but also because the targets that mentioned in the article was mine too.
Such as wake up early, learning new language, reading more books, healthy lifestyle, and another things that sounds cool and good, haha.
So many targets that I want to achieve. Hhhzzz too many I guess, that haven't already achieved yet because I'm not discipline enough. Sunda people named it as "masih belang betong".

The article said, start with a few times everday and make it easy to access. Such as, reading book a page before go to bed, that's why putting the book on the bed, so I can access easily. Learning new language with duolingo (languages learning application in phone) while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, and many more. The point is make it as easy as possible, both the time and condition.
So rather than make a high targets that always failed, (well, maybe it's only me :p) let's start with a small action every day and imagine what have we done in a year. No need a half hour every day, but 5 minutes less or more because small steps count. :)
